Hi Sam ... found my way here through the Dream Year Wave from last week. Congrats on being in Dream Year and happy writing. I'm writing also ... a memoir about finding hope after suffering severe injuries in a traumatic accident.
I did my first run in Vibrams 3 days ago ... loved it and look forward to doing many more. I live in PA - so I ran on the treadmill this past week, because our temps were 20 or below. It's supposed to 'warm up' to 40 tomorrow, so I look forward to trying my VFFs on a trail.

janet - i love my VFF's, definitely ease into it! I went pretty hard my first month with them last summer and developed a nice sore achilles (i took them to the track and did some workouts on a harder surface... d for dumb). Anyway, yeah it's too cold here to run in them as well, I am way looking forward to spring.
