lack of the b-vitamin family…
I am tired. Partly due to lack of sleep, and a whole host of other reasons… I was informed by a medical student/friend/South African/Jersey Girl, that is was due to a lack of vitamin b (6, 8, 10, or 12) found in most red meat but lacking in the vegetarian diet I am on… I actually thought of this in advance and bought some vitamins to counteract this weariness, but I keep on forgetting to take the vitamin supplement. Hence the tiredness after working out… So I scarfed down some veggie pad thai and now I am doing what any normal person would do, waking myself up with coffee. Genius - yes, commen sense - no.
